Purpose of Data Collection
We gather personal data to support the recruitment and deployment of Indian workers
to foreign employers, as authorized by our registration certificate (No.
B-3114/DEL/COM/100/5/11119/2025), issued on 20-06-2025 and valid until 23-11-2029. This includes
managing applications, maintaining required records, and ensuring adherence to the Ministry of
External Affairs' regulations.
Types of Information Collected
- Personal Details: Name, address, age, nationality, date of birth, skills,
experience, and next of kin details of emigrants.
- Employment Records: Authenticated employment contracts, demand letters, power
of attorney, and employer correspondence.
- Financial Data: Receipts for charges from emigrants, payments from employers,
and compensation claims records.
- Visa and Travel Documents: Visa registers (block and individual), pre-paid
ticket advice, and related documents.
- Recruitment Process Data: Interview notes, award sheets, trade-test details,
advertisement copies, and selection process records.
Use of Information
- Enable legal emigration and job placement processes.
- Maintain permanent records as mandated by the Emigration Act, 1983.
- Ensure compliance with certificate terms, including monthly returns to the
Protector of Emigrants.
- Process compensation claims for injury or death during employment.
- Support document verification and employer coordination.
Data Storage and Security
Data is securely stored at our office at H NO 27-B KH NO 216 GROUND FLOOR PART-2
KHIZRABAD, JAMIA NAGAR, SOUTH EAST DELHI, DELHI, 110025. We employ stringent security measures,
including digital signatures compliant with the Information Technology Act, 2000, to prevent
unauthorized access or misuse. Records are kept for the certificate’s validity or until 100
workers are recruited, whichever occurs first.
Sharing of Information
- With Authorities: Data is shared with the Protector of Emigrants and other
legal entities as required.
- With Employers: Employment and personal details are provided to foreign
employers for placement purposes.
- Legal Requirements: Disclosure may occur if mandated by courts or law
enforcement.
We do not use sub-agents or allow certificate transfer, ensuring data control remains with
us.
Your Rights
- Access and Correction: Request to view or amend your data by contacting our
office.
- Data Retention: Information is retained only as long as legally required or
necessary for services.
- Complaints: Address concerns to the Protector of Emigrants for resolution.
Compliance and Updates
This policy aligns with our registration certificate and the Emigration Act, 1983. We may update
it to reflect new legal or operational changes, with appropriate notifications provided.
